    • He’d love to go outside! Alas, we have foxes and groundhogs and such, so it wouldn’t be safe on his own. Perhaps I should get him a leash! I bet he’d love to join Annie on her walks.

      • My brother in law did just that with his cat (and dog). We have (Teri the cat has) a screened in patio so she can safely come and go. But hey, she let’s us live in her house and pay her mortgage so we can’t complain. Right?

    That is the most hilarious thing I have seen in a while! Thanks, Merlin, but trust me, it’s not as much fun out there as you think! (But truthfully, it does look like he is measuring, doesn’t it?)
